Why Do We Require Good Habits?
Habits aid in the management of our thinking. Habits save us brainpower – or rather, they free up our brains to think in new and interesting ways. Making habits out of the things we do regularly, such as our behaviours and activities, gives our brainpower or effort-saving mechanism. The most fundamental steps in habit development are to pick a trigger, link it to behaviour, and then reward oneself for acting.
