  • Maintenance

This is the final stage of changing your habits for better health. Here you have adjusted to the changes and have been following them for more than 6 months. At this stage, the changes are now part of your regular lifestyle. You have found ways to stick to your new daily routine. At this stage, you have overcome all the obstacles that were stopping you from changing your habits.
